What is in a report
Every report has the same five parts, in this order, whichever identifier you started from.
The verdict
One sentence at the top saying what was found, before any evidence. A report that opens with a table makes you do the work of reading it; this one tells you the answer and then shows you why.
The accounts
Which services have an account registered to the identifier, with a link to the public profile where one exists. This is usually the largest section and the one people are least prepared for, because it includes services they signed up to once and forgot.
The breach records
Which known breaches contain the identifier and in which year. The year matters more than the count: an address appearing in dumps from 2012 through 2024 describes somebody who has been online for a decade, and two appearances from last year describe something else.
The sources panel
Every source that was asked, including the ones that found nothing and the ones that failed to answer. Those two are listed separately on purpose. A source that answered and found nothing is evidence about the person; a source that timed out is evidence about the internet, and a report that hides the difference lets you mistake a gap for an absence.
The confidence rating
Each finding carries where it came from and how strongly it is supported, so a platform confirming its own account and a name inferred from an address do not look alike on the page.
